About Us

In 1995, Richard Klimeš founded the company as a sole proprietor specializing in the sale of bearings, along with his sister, Jindřiška Tůmová.

 

During the 1970s and 1980s, Richard worked at the ZKL plant in Klášterec nad Ohří, first as a technician and later as a production manager. It was here that he gained the valuable experience and expertise that formed the foundation of his future business. Jindřiška, who previously worked as a nurse, brought precision and strong organizational skills to the company.

 

The business started humbly in Jindřiška's family home in Kadaň, located at Polní 1048. Since its very inception, the company has maintained its character as a family-owned business built on trust and a personal approach.

 

In the mid-1990s, acquiring customers was completely different than it is today. There were no websites or social media platforms. Instead, personal contacts, word-of-mouth recommendations, and direct company visits played a crucial role. Richard personally traveled to various companies and factories to offer their products. New clients often arrived based on excellent references from others. The company grew steadily thanks to building long-term relationships, professional practice, and deep product knowledge.

With the gradual development of the business, a growing inventory, and an increasing number of customers, the original premises in Polní Street became too cramped. A major step forward was the decision to move the company into larger and more suitable premises within the complex of the former military barracks in Kadaň, on U Kasáren Street.

 

Since 2014, the company has been operating at its current address, Želinská 1839. The new ground-floor premises provided more space, a significantly better layout of the product range, and convenient parking for customers right outside the shop.

 

In October 2016, the company welcomed "fresh blood" with the arrival of Lukáš Molnár. Lukáš, who previously gained experience at CHPS s.r.o. in Chomutov, brought new energy into the family business and became a key asset for its further development.

 

Another major milestone came in 2022 when co-founder Jindřiška entered her well-deserved retirement. Richard's daughter, Veronika Musilová, stepped into her place. Although Veronika had a background in music and the world of bearings, belts, shaft seals, and other technical components was entirely new her, she embraced the challenge. Starting as a sales representative, she gradually familiarized herself with the complex product range, took over administration, and managed communication with suppliers and customers. Through daily hands-on experience, she learned to precisely understand what clients needed.

 

In 2026, the company suffered a sudden and painful loss with the passing of its founder, Richard Klimeš. Today, the company is led by his daughter, Veronika Musilová, who proudly and responsibly carries on the family tradition and her father's legacy.

 

Although the way of doing business has changed significantly over more than 30 years, the core philosophy remains the same: to be close to our customers, offer expert advice, and find the right solutions.

 

The company maintains a large in-house inventory. If a requested product is not currently in stock, we do our utmost to source it and deliver it to the customer as quickly as possible. We continue to honor the legacy of our founder.

 

We strive to preserve our family tradition, a personal approach, and strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and colleagues. At the same time, we are expanding our business with new product ranges based on customer needs, modernizing our operations, and adapting to contemporary demands.
